Another Virus - Can't open e-mails!!

I cannot open some of my e-mails due to: 'Mail delivery Failure - System Error'. It's obvious my pc has another virus, so what's the easiest/simplest way of getting rid of this, so that I can read my e-mails? Thanx.

Hey smudge hope you are well.
Go to this site and follow the instructions although, the emails you are getting are probably due to you not having a virus rather than the virus called netsky (or something) that just randomly copies peoples email addresses and sends emails from that address, best to check and be sure though :o)
