In the anti-virus/anti-spyware section the anti-spyware is coming up with 'action required' i`ve tried to update the spyware and it attempts to download the latest version but then comes up with this message

trust verification of file C:/WINDOWS/system(then some other stuff etc etc blah blah)/failed

Anybody got any ideas on what causing it not to update
