Beautiful camera, probably the best gadget i've ever had, but is there a way to record just Audio on its own, without it having to be part of a Video? On descriptions of the camera it says the Video and Audio is supported, and that .AVI is used for Video, and .WAV for Audio, but it says nothing about Audio recordings in the User Guide and I can't find a way to do it. It would be useful to minimise the size of files if I wish to send them to friends for example.

The camera supports "memo recording" which is just sound, but I've not actually managed to copy those files to a pc. Pictures and video go across no problem though. Worse case scenario; record video and then strip the audio track of the video when it is on your pc.
