I have AVG protection on my computer. Each morning I usually get scanning and updates. This morning I didn't. Instead I got an error message teling me that ant-spam hadn't been activated amd that I must take urgent action. However, I don't know what to do.

The AVG icon at the bottom-right of my screen which is normally bright yellow and red is grey.
