Bioshock PC problem

This is not a question, but some advice. If you are using AVG antivirus and have installed Bioshock, AVG incorrectly identifies Bioshock.exe as a virus, if you choose to heal, it moves the file to the virus vault and restoring the file does not work.

You also cannot reinstall the game, due again to AVG.

The solution is to uninstall AVG, replace it with Avast version 4 from www.avast.com and reinstall the game.

I've got Bioshock and AVG, to date no problems :)

same here,but as you should shut down all programmes whilst installing(including avg) thats what i would expect.
But as mattie says,if you leave avg running on install,it would pick the exe. as a virus.
