Is there anywhere I can download the font Lucida Casual for free?

Try this.

There's a link at the bottom of the page "Click here to get free fonts for U". It's a zip file. It contains Lucida casual plus 5 others - and they're free.

Download it, extract the files to a place where you can find them and install the font via

Control Panel>fonts>File>install new fonts.
