Hi Chris,sorry I didn't make it clear in my previous post. I went into both of my email accounts,clicked on Properties to find the relevant details in order to ''fix'' them into Outlook Express,I realise now that this was probably not the correct thing to do. When I now try to access both of these accounts in OE a banner appears stating:-Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server & then shows the account details that I had entered so I think I have been entering incorrect info & I don't know how to aquire the correct details.( to remind you my 2 email accs are gawab.com & sky.com) Ron.
