Computer questions

Posted this on another thread before i realised...Sorry...SO

I've had a few laptops over the years so common problems/glitches i seem to have come across either with my own or been asked to help out with friends PC problems...on a good day i can usually remember what fixes worked...or didn't !!!!

One thing i think would help...is when people post questions for PC related problems that they give OS info and specs of the machine.

Connection problem...post how they are connecting.

Browser problem...what browser etc etc... Could there not be a few lines of text asking peeps to do this before they click on submit...it would cut down the guess work and having to post to ask them to post it.

Just a thought...because it's easier to be helpful when you have a little more info. :)

Lol Dotty i can usually remember the easy ones right off...it's the ones i have to think about that throw me :)
