Multiplayer games with your face in the game

Anyone out there still play multiplayer games over networks that allow you to put your face on the player in the game via a scanned picture?

Any games still available to buy if so what are the names.

Apparently Quake 3 (which is fairly ancient now) was supposed to have this feature but it didn't make it into the final game, I'm sure most modern first person games have the texture detail to accomodate this but I havn't come across it as of yet. Hope this helps.
