Quick Start up?

hi when i switch my laptop on and login how do i stop all my chat apps from starting up as it takes me a good 5 minutes 2 start surfin because of them,im using vista home basic? TIA

There is a great little program called WinPatrol (free).

One of the features is to list all the programs that start up when Windows starts up.

You can look down the list of programs and choose Disable for any you dont want to autostart.

WinPatrol is also great to help your PC security. It lets you know if anybody tries to install a program or change your internet settings and you can say yes or no.
