I have a message stuck in my outbox that is way too big (i sent a load of pics before I realised what huge files they are). Now I can't open it to delete it and outlook hangs when it tries to send anything. Any ideas? i have browsed the sites recommended in other answers but I am pretty unlearned in computers and need really clear instructions. Any help much appreciated. Thnx

You may have already tried this but - go into "File" menu and click "Work Offline"
Then open your Outbox - single click on the message so that it highlights it - then click on delete. HTH

Your right TK I have tried that (took me about three days to think of it mind!) but it won't open. I think it's just too big. It must be stored as a temporary file somewhere - wonder where that is? Maybe I should try moving the pics to to another file so it can't find them... hmm will gve it a whirl. Thanks for your answer!
Hi. You don't have to open the email itself, just highlight it and click delete :o)
Delete is greyed out when I go in. (Fi@work) ;oD
Ok, Try opening your outbox, click CTRL+A then CTRL+D see if that works :o)
Oh BUT! Make sure that you are not about to delete anything else such as your contact list!
