Realplayer 11 plus problem
I paid �20 last week for realplayer 11 plus. Since then when i sign into realplayer it tells me i have just got ordinary realplayer. I have written 5 times to customer support but they are at a loss as to what action to take next? . They have details of my account and can see i cannot get what i paid for.
Can anyone direct me on my issue, has anyone else had this problem with Realplayer cust service?
Is there a watchdog website i could contact to explain that i am not getting the correct custoemr support i paid for?
