I recently bought a new phone, on 3, and was told that 99% of the country was covered by the network. Well, my house must be in the 1% that isn't because I just cannot get a signal, and if I do, it's one bar that goes away just as quickly as it appeared!
No not really but you'e fallen into the same trap as many others I'm afraid. When they say 99% of the country they actually mean 99% of the population of the country. When you take into account the majority of the population lives in urban areas you are left with a good deal of the geographical country still without a decent signal. T Mobile for one clamed 99% coverage 10 years ago but they still only claim 99% coverage even though they have a continuing policy of new mast erections
I see! I've been conned! I have found a spot where I get one bar of signal, so I'm quite chuffed with myself. It's strange, at school, which is about 3 miles away, I get brilliant signal, it's just certain places in my house... I'm sure I'll live though. Thanks!!
Yeah, it's better outside. It's great at school, and other places, just not in my house! But I think it is improving, I think, I'm finding more places it can get a few bars!
Canary: This is an early chance for you to break the contract. If you wait too long, you won't be able to. But I'm aware that 3 have numerous problems with this and in the interest of customer service, they let people out of contract.
