can anyone tell me why the report this answer button is missing on a lot of posts and threads that I go on?
Is AB having a fit or something?

I have wondered that for for a long time. None of my answers have the "report this answer" on it.
Can someone please tell me why, or am I doing something wrong.

Cruella - you can't report your own answers. That is to stop users posting abusive posts and getting them removed.

The threads that can't be reported have already been removed, reviewed and reinstated.

I am probably thick ethel but the "Report this answer" has never appeared on any of my answers. Just wanted to know why. I realise I cannot report my own answer, but is there no option with my answer. that is what has been puzzling me. I would be grateful if you could tell me Thanks

has 58 posts before the report button finally makes an apperance, when on some other threads its there from the beginning.
cruella, I think that your answers will not show YOU the report button but AB will show it to others.

Always wondered why it never showed the report this answer, as it made me feel that I was not doing something that I should be doing. Cheers!
