No version of Windows has ever included any of the applications mentioned. What software is included when you buy a new PC is entirely up to the manufacturer of the PC.
There used to be a cheap OEM version of office that many suppliers would include, but as (a) most people nowadays are buying their second, third, fourth PC, so already own software, and (b) MS no longer offer a cheap OEM version, most new PCs do not included any additional applications.
As fo3nix suggests, OpenOffice is has all the functionality that most users require, and is free.
