help needed iPod Classic
My iPod Classic has downloaded my iTunes library and all purchases since that.
However, today it refuses to download/sync/update with four new songs. I have tried several times now, but to no avail. It was as if iPod didnt 'see' these tunes.......
Any help appreciated.
I am using O/S Mac 10.4 and have updated iTunes software.

If not then the computer/iPod needs to be authorised to play them. When you buy a song you can only use it on authorised computers. This is part of the DRM copy restrictions insisted on by the record companies.
Yeah, Gromit, same computer, it is the only computer I sync to the iPod. I had thought myself about an "authorise" issue...but that doesnt seem to be it, either. One of the three songs I purchased yeserday was in iTunes Plus.
I did load one song into my library yesterday from a CD burnt on an external computer. That was due to to be one of the four new songs for uploading to iPod. Could that stop the process???
Thank you for your help.

Hi Gromit; again thank you for all your help and support.
Did all the checks you suggested. Changed nothing. layed perffectly in iTunes library.
Now this morning when I ran through exactly the same steps as yesterday (but cursed less!) it did the sync fully!
Appreciate your run-through with me on this item.
