Volvo S 40 radio

I had my Escort torched a couple of weeks ago, and all I could afford was a '98 S40 Volvo - with no manual. I've figured out all the important stuff but can't reset the radio/cd clock. Can anyone help? I love the car by the way! I found a US model manual on the i/net, but the radio is a totally different make.

It's a JVC - and I found their website after posting this appeal for help. So I'm a bit of a plonker, really but thanks anyway, Bob.

I recently got a car with no manual for the radio, I Googled the radio make (Goodmans) and within minutes found the radio I had and downloaded the complete radio manual.
