time diference

can anyone tell me , if u go abroad , and send an email, will the time dif, show on the mail. thanks

I regularly get mail from abroad (+ and - timezones).... and the "sent" is always before the "received" ... and always shows local time (mine)

All the mail progs I know do this translation (the header info does show local time though).
