Virtumonde showing up in Spybot

I have recently bought a second hand laptop.
Started it up, installed my usual AVG, Ad-aware and Spybot programs.

However, AVG kept popping up saying threat detected, Trojan horse.small.avs
I ran a scan and it deleted them.
Now when i run a scan on Spybot it comes up with Virtumonde, to which i deleted, thought it was all gone.
Opened up a web page and another webpage pops up with it, totally unrelated to what i am looking at?

I ran another Spybot and the Virtumonde is still there?

The laptop is unusable as it is with all these pages popping up everywhere!
