Could someone on answerbank tell me how to retreive my emails from Sky Broadband web page,I have put my password in and everything else but it keeps on throwing it out and does not recongnise these.

I don't know what to do next,I have just come from another ISP,and you could see there emails on the site as you signed in.I hope someone knows what to do please.(Help)??

Thankyou pug100,I was on to Sky yesterday about my wifi laptop and was on the telephone for nearly 45 minutes,there have given me a password and I have my own sign in name but this doesn't work,have tried my old password from my old ISP but this doesn't work either and have been on to there support site but to no avail. I still can't access my emails,I have only been on Sky a couple of days.
