Complained to www.expedia.co.uk anyone??

Has anyone ever complained to Expedia? My friend had her holiday ruined after Expedia cocked up the flights and hotel arrangements. She has tried to complain but they are useless in responding and when they do they are still useless!

Does anyone know if they ar a member of ABTA?

this may be worth writing to the papers about. Some have a readers' rants section on their travel pages (eg the Telegraph and the Sunday Times) or some have family money sections at the weekend where reporters investigate your problems. They don't have space to tackle everyone's complaints but it's worth a try, and naming and shaming a compnay in public may encourage them to pull their socks up.

That site said it had "19 million people who used it and dozens of complaints". That seems a pretty good ratio to me.

I have used Expedia before and have found them excellent.
