Burning a DVD

I have a small video on a memory stick which I wish to load onto a DVD so that I can play it on my DVD player.

How do I transfer this video onto DVD+R discs please?

The video clip is in windows media format, and my laptop is operating on Vista.

You can use NERO to burn as a DVD file. You may have to convert the file first. Try installing " WinAVI" from "www.download.com" That will convert avi files to dvd ready to burn.
Don't forget to select "DVD-video" on your first nero page or it will burn as an iso file ,only playable on a PC.
