can someone please help me, I rang and cancelled my tiscali broadband in june, since then i have had numerous letters from a debt agence for �68
have just rung tiscali and they say i didnt get a mac number,
they told me to ring another number but after 2 hours cant wait any longer feel like saying meet me in court.
Can someone please give me THIER E.MAIL ADDRESS
each time i go to do it all i get is my old add. thanks to anyone who can give me this

thanks to both of you, after trawling through the only way was to go to customer complaints sounds easy, but then they ask silly question like a/c no. seeing as the account was shut ages ago didnt no, so in the end put dont know and it went. laugh it wouldnt go blank. we will see. would never reccomend them to anyone,
Hi, I had the same problem with tiscali. It ended up with me ringing the customer service dept loads of times but I kept getting billed. I eventually cancelled the direct debit as I wasn't even recieving service from tiscali anymore and recieved a notice from a debt recovery company who I rang immediately. The kind lady on the phone didn't sound surprised - I got the impression that she had heard my story before - and said the she would get back in contact with tiscali on my behalf. That was in September and I haven't heard anything since. There is no record of 'mispayment' on my credit report and I no longer spend in excess of 30 mins trying to talk to someone at tiscali. This is not advice but simply my story.
Good luck trying to get in touch with tiscali.....it was extremely difficult and would not recommend them as an ISP!!

Hi thanks for your story, Yes I cancelled my account with them in june, I paid by direct debit and nothing else was taken out of my account, but by august the letters were comming from ex ? debt agency.
When I spoke to them they said it was not thier problem and they wanted �68 they suggest i ring tiscali back. Well last night was the final straw, after one phone call they tell me to ring another number 2 hours i waited (i call that patience) before giving up. they are saying i have to cancel im so fed up with it. I am going to the library as was suggested and find name and address of person at head.
