MSN sign up pop up

We keep getting an MSN pop up asking us to type in our "MSN member ID and password to log in to this Internet site". We have no idea what these might be and cannot get rid of the pop up. It appears to be connected to using Outlook to import e-mails from web mail sites.

Any ideas how to get rid of this?
