Lost clip art

I used a clip art drawing of a bird house in a document (Microsot Office Publisher 3) which I saved and then sent to My Documents via WORD, The entire bird houses section has disappeared frpom my clip art, even from the on-line resource and somehow has disappeared from the saved document too,
How has this happened and can I get it back, please?
