Running a Dell Dimension E520, XP sp 2.

Last night it kept dropping my internet connection. Same today. Device manager is showing a problem with the Communications Port (Com7). Message was that Windows couldn't configure it, now reads "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

What's up with it, and how can i fix it? It's letting me online for short periods and then I need to reboot.

Help!

Thanks neildown

Found the issue - it was a virtual comms port opened when i installed some sony ericcson phone software. Naturally this doesn't have drivers so I've uninstalled and reinstalled, problem solved.
