i have been with orange broadband for about 2 years now and at first had problems but for a while now its been fine, have been told that cos i subscribe to sky i could get my broadband from them for nothing (the smaller package ) as i pay 14.99 to orange. trouble is i hear horror stories of moving from one to another and wondered if anyone could advise me if they ve swapped to sky. makes sense to save money but dont want a lot of hassle..

thanks for that am considering moving.
Hi leo,
I too moved fron Orange to Sky earlier this year and haven't regretted it at all. It took about two weeks to change over and I wasn't without the internet during this period.
Question Author
thanks for that pug, did you have the 30.00 connection fee to pay what ive heard about ?
Hi leo9902,Imoved from AOL to Sky about 1 month ago and havn't had any problems, don't forget you need your Mac code before you can join any ISP and yes there is a 30-00 connection fee and that is that.

How do you pay your ISP at the moment, when I was with AOL I paid by credit card straight to them so once you finish with your ISP cancel your credit card and they can't take any more money from you and get a new credit card.
Question Author
thanks for that, think im going to have to give them a try, i pay by direct debit so could cancel that i expect. seems like im throwing 14.99 a month away !
