Problem with Nokia 6300 Bluetooth

Whenever I receive a file via bluetooth, I dont get a sound alert or message on the screen telling me Ive receieved a file.
And secondly it goes straight to the phone (I can access it through gallery) and not in my inbox.

Can anyone tell me how to change this?
