Every time I go on-line my home page is full screen, but the Web sites are only minimal size, I have to maximize each and every screen. Can someone tell me how to maximize these and save the settings. I have tied expanding them (stretching) but they do not stay the same. This was never the case previously, but all of a sudden it changed.

Open IE.

Click on a link to bring up a new, small IE window.

Stretch the window to full size (don't use maximise).

Close your original full size window (and any others if they exist).

Close the window you have just stretched.

It worked for me.

The idea being that IE opens a new window in the same size as the last one that was open when it was last exited.
