Samsung Printer Problem

Hi, we've got a Samsung Printer. It's an CLP-500. Everytime we print the finished paper comes out with pale faint vertical stripes. We've already emptied the toner waste tray (and cleaned, dried & replaced it). It's still doing it. Any suggestions? All sugestions much appreciated. Merry Christmas C x

Have a look on the support section of the samsung website (www.samsung.co.uk). If you have changed the toner and the paper is up to spec then it may be a calibration problem.
