How can I import sleeve jpegs into my iTouch?

Advanced->Get album artwork. This will work for the stuff that's on the iTunes store.

For other stuff... find it online or can it in as jpgs, then highlight all the songs of the album, right-click and click get info. Then drag the image into the album artwork square. It'll get a tick mark next to it. Click ok.
