I am on Orange webmail. I am receiving about 30 spams per day, most of which are routed automatically by Orange to my junk mail folder. I don't know how Orange do this but I am still getting maybe 6 - 8 which get through into my inbox. I don't open them but can I set the system up so that these rogue messages go direct to my junk mail, perhaps by key word in the heading?

My solution is to set up a folder (named Other Spam) and create filters to redirect such undetected messages to this new folder. The assumption behind this approach is that I noticed certain patterns in the undetected Spam e.g. NatWest in the header or an email address other than mine in the "To" box.
I then peridiocally scan this folder and either mark as Spam or move to the Inbox
