Yahoo....

My sister uses Yahoo, but accidentally made MSN her homepage instead of Yahoo. I explained how to change her hompage back, which she has done, but she's now emailed me to say that it's not how her Yahoo page originally looked. She can open up emails from it, but can't reply. She can't open up attachments either.

Have you any idea how she can reinstate her 'old' personal Yahoo page please?

I realise she has to enter her username & password, but as I don't use Yahoo, I have no idea what her 'old' page looked like before.

Thank you Zeb - Yes you're absolutely right. I did ask her to type in www.yahoo.co.uk, which I knew would give her the main link, but thought she could get back her 'own' page by entering her username & password from there.

I also asked her to look in 'All Programmes' to see if there was anything hiding in there, but alas, no!

We're going to visit her tomorrow (50 miles away), so I'll take a look & hopefully be able to get her up & running.....
