Ive a 5Gb cap on my internet usage through BT which has never been a consideration before. However, how much of this would say a half hour programme on the new TV streaming channels gobble up?
Many thanks.
you tube and the like are about getting a short punch on screen - about 50 - 100Mb is good enough
the BBC have "standards" ... and while the compression is pretty good, they have to deliver broadcast quality goods ... so 5 Gb isn't going to go very far
