I cant download adobe flash player for some reason I need any help anyone is willing to give

The usual reason for difficulties downloading Flash is that the server detects that it's already on your computer. (That happens even if Flash isn't actually working).

Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Adobe Flash Player Plugin, then try the download again.
