Don't know who provifdes your emails, but there should be an option to send again.

click on forward and insert the required address in the "To"box

why not copy and paste the body of text into a new mail message?

The copy and paste method as cazz1975 said is a much preferred option for text mails. It eliminates all the embedded rubbish from incredimail and other snoop agents.
