there are two options ..... generally
1 requires a ikkle proggy which will do the work for you.
the other simplyshows the player as a new drive in my computer ....
just drag and drop ... or copy and paste the files to your device.
HOWEVER
to get the mp3 file in the first place ... you need to rip the CD (see rojash's suggestionhttp://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Technology/Comp uters/Question512344.html)
OR
to complement switch (a freebie)
see express rip - (another freebie)

Assuming you have Windows XP or Vista. You should have a program called Windows Media Player (WMP for short)
1. Open WMP.
2. Hover over the RIP tab, and click the litte arrow. Click 'format'. Make sure 'mp3' is ticked.
3. Put cd in computer now click RIP.
Your music is now on your hard drive in mp3 format.
You should be able to see in the WMP library.
Now connect your mp3 player to the computer. Hopefully, it will give you the option to sync with WMP. If it does, accept and it will be automatic.
