media converters

i have tried many before, but i am looking for a software that can convert video files, copy browser videos and automatically install them onto media dedvices-all-in-1 eg.psp,ipod,htc etc... but i want all this on a single program... or somthing close. any help................!

One doesn't exist.

VisualHub on the mac, or SUPER on windows will convert to most media formats for you.

But adding them needs the apps that the device uses. For example, you then just have to drag the resultant file into iTunes to get it on your iPod.
