cross stitch - search for pattern

I am desparately trying to track down the cross stitch chart by J P Coats of Old MacDonald's Farm I did this years ago and have lost the chart but would love to do it again for my new niece. Does anyone have this that I could buy it from or know how I can get hold of it please.
