Can you put Audio from a music DVD into i Tunes?

I want to copy a track from a live DVD so I can play it on my iPod. Is this possible and how is it done?

Do you have Nero? I use this. All you do is select "Nero wave editor" which comes free with Nero burning rom prog. You then just play whatever it is sound you want, and click on "record" just beforehand. Then the sound is recorded into the wave editor. You can edit it (cut any blank sound off the front and back) and save as an mp3. You can then import this into your itunes by selecting "file" on itunes.
