PS2 Disc Read Error

Is there a Simple easy way to stop Disc read errors on my PS2 rather than chucking it at the wall? Thanks

Buy a cleaning disc and see if that helps, if not sell it on ebay, there are plenty of people who buy PS2s with this problem

I think it`s got something to do with the lazer which reads the discs, shops want about �80 to repair it, you`ll be better off buying a new PS2

Elvis is right, buy a lens cleaner, either that or your disks are in bad shape and cant be read

We contacted sony, sent the console back and they repaired it for �25
