Uninstalling problem

Several months ago I purchased from either Lidls or Aldi`s a `thingy` called `The Print Shop CD Label Creator`but being a basic learner at the time I couldn`t make head nor tail of the PC jargon used (not much better now either) I returned it to the shop but still have it installed from the download prog... The thing is , I`ve tried and tried to delete it from Add & Remove but to no avail. It states that it is removing it and goes through the business but doesn`t , It`s driving me up the wall. Can you help PLEASE. TIA

you could try this
right click the Start button and select explore.
from the list, find the print shop programme
Double click it
this will show in the new window all the files associated with this program.
delete them...you may have to do this one by one..any that don't delete just skip over to the next in line...then try removing the remainder from the add/remove
