I wish to enable cookies but how do I do it please. I am with Virgin and on XP if this is helpful. I wish to vote and `The Sun` states that I have to enable `cookies` before I can vote to bring back the death penalty or not.

for IE go to tools in your browser then internet options and choose the privacy tab.then either use the slider to give you the option you need or better still hit the sites button ,enter the address and click always allow
for firefox its basically the same

what browser are you using?if its IE and you used the slider option did you hit the apply button?
also you may have to restart your browser

I'm assuming there was an option not to bring back the death penalty also :-)
