Deleted my recyle bin my mistake

Right-click a clear area of the desktop
Choose personalize
Under tasks, choose change desktop icons
Check the box Recycle Bin
If it's already checked, uncheck it, apply everything then repear as above

Sucked you in Postdog, I lost mine also and have just followed instructions from rojash and it's back !

im amazed... i didnt think Windows would allow the recycle bin to be deleted !

It allows you to turn it on and off. But what lostbpy87 did was delete the icon from his desktop, not the recycle bin itself.
