Just been on to AOL. For me, AOL's download speed is presently 1/1000th (5.0Kps) of what it should be, (5.0Mps). They say they're, (quote),'having a problem on the new network with the AOL software running very slowly. It's because we're switching networks from the US to the UK, so it's causing a bit of disruption.' They also said that no refunds will be given for this reduction in service.
They hope it will all come good soon (!). Meantime, the AOL advisor actually suggested using Mozilla Firefox till the problem's fixed. Cheeze!!
