Which is one of the best DVD recorders with built in hard drive under 250?

Ethel has said many times it is best to get one with twin digital tuners, are these freeview tuners? Because I already have built-in freeview on my TV.

Twin tuners mean that you can record one channel whilst watching a different one.

Single tuners you can only record what you are watching at the time, which seems pretty pointless to me!
just bought one of these for me old mum
(ignore VAT and it just makes the 250)

dual ana/digi tuners and a respectable size hdd
and she can set it to record !!!
..... it's one of the easier ones to use

Yes this seems to be the works if not a shade pricey.

What about the Sony RDRHXD8706 this has all the same features but with a 160 GB hard drive (455 hours recording time) Price 258.39

The Sony RDHXD970B HAS A 259gb hard drive (710 hours recording time) Price 289.50.

31.11 more for another 255 hours recording time.
It depends if you need the extra time!!
either way ... it's a lot

as for price .......
