My Tv keeps sticking in standby!
1 Answers
Hi, it's me again with the TV problem, thanks for your answers.
It seems the TV will work sometimes when it feels like it, but not very often. If I do manage to get it going, it will work when its warmed up. I have tried unplugging everything, waiting a few minutes, this does not work. There is a led on the front saying it is in standby. It does have all the front switches, which do not work either. I have recently got BT vision, so have another remote, don't know if this can affect it in some way, very strange, don't understand.

Sounds like a bad connection ... or worse a faulty circuit board.
normally warming up .... or cooling down are the crunch times ... if something is weak ... it will go then.
I used to give my old telly a bit of a slapping to get it to fire up ...
failing that
