My friend has been off line for 5 weeks she
has phoned them loads of times ...all they
do it divert her to another number ...she
has never had a problem with them before ...
is it because they are selling up ??? She is
gettting her mac and going elsewhere ..

I used to work for Tiscali. They should know the time the transfer for the cease and reprovide. Call the cancellation department they defo know!
