Ok this is a bit complicated - I'm trying to watch "catch up" episodes of tv programmes on ITV's website - but the player they're making you use is Microsoft's Silverlight - it keeps cutting out and will not load properly. Can I play these programmes off the site through another media player, eg Winamp? Many thanks

I have just gone to itv.com and started to watch something (ant and dec) and it is playing fine.

As far as I know I have NOT got Silverlight installed (I have decided NOT to install it when it is offered)

If I right click on the video it says it is playing in Windows Media Player 11.

Could it be your broadband connection is bad.

Has it worked OK in the past ?
