Windows Installer problems I am running Windows XP pro and have a problem.. certain things I try to instal fail and I get the error message.. Error 1606. Could not access network location < common administerative tools >.AllUsers\. What is this.. a folder? If so, where should it be located?

could be a whole host of things....Norton antivirus installs somtimes cause it on some systems... best going to microsoft support website (support(dot)microsoft(dot)com) then and tiping in the error code...then follow the instructions...good luck

Thanks.. already tried microsoft and blueballs but no luck. What I need is someone using XP to look on their pc and tell me if they find a folder or file called common adminiserative tools .. it's in a folder called AllUsers? but where.. system, system32, etc ?
